Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

Audience AI Studio provides AI-powered social media analytics and recommendations. The Service connects to your social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) via OAuth, analyzes your performance data, and generates insights, personas, and content recommendations.

• •You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• •One account per user. Agency and team plans may connect multiple social media accounts as add-ons.
• •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The following plans and prices apply (prices in USD, excluding VAT):

Add-on accounts: $12/mo each (Pro) · $10/mo each (Elite). One-off Report: $24. AI Credits: 5 for $5 · 20 for $15 · 50 for $30 · 100 for $50.

• •Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• •Prices exclude VAT, which will be added where required by law.
• •No refunds for partial billing periods.
• •You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• •We will provide 30 days advance notice of any price changes.
• •Paddle appears on your billing statement as the Merchant of Record.

A sample report is available at /sample-report at no charge. This report uses demo data and does not reflect your actual account.

No credit card is required to access the sample report. It is provided for evaluation purposes only and does not constitute a subscription.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• ✗Analyze social media accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze
• ✗Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• ✗Violate the Terms of Service of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any connected platform
• ✗Resell, sublicense, or white-label access to the Service without written permission from Audience AI Studio (except as permitted under agency plans)
• ✗Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• ✗Interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the Service

• •AI insights are one input among many — not professional marketing, legal, or financial advice.
• •You are solely responsible for all content decisions you make based on AI recommendations.
• •We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.
• •AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.

Audience AI Studio is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram), TikTok Ltd., or Google LLC (YouTube).

• •Our access to your social media data is read-only and granted by you via OAuth.
• •You can revoke our access at any time through each platform's connected apps settings or via the /delete page.
• •You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's own Terms of Service.

• •The Audience AI Studio platform, design system, AI models, and proprietary algorithms are owned by Audience AI Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
• •Your social media content, account data, and personal data remain your property.
• •Reports and insights generated for you may be used for your personal or client-facing purposes.
• •Reports may not be used to build, train, or improve competing products without our written permission.

We are not liable for:

• ✗Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• ✗Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities
• ✗Platform outages, API changes, or decisions made by Meta, TikTok, or Google
• ✗Outcomes or decisions made based on AI-generated insights
• ✗Unauthorized access to your data that is beyond our reasonable control

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. Where prohibited by law, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted. EU and California consumers retain statutory rights that cannot be waived.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Audience AI Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• •Your use of or inability to use the Service
• •Your violation of these Terms
• •Your violation of any third-party rights, including platform Terms of Service
• •Any content decisions made based on AI-generated insights

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material violations of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, AI-generated Content Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

EU users retain all consumer protection rights granted under applicable EU law, which cannot be waived by choice of law.

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
